Check-in and Check-out
- Check-In Time: 4:00 pm
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 am
- Late Check-Out Fee: $50 plus tax per hour until 4:00 pm.
Full day charge is applied after 4:00 pm.
- Minimum Age to Register: 18
- Incidentals Deposit: A temporary credit card authorization of $150 per night or $600 maximum per stay is required in order to register. This is required to cover any incidental charges & fees you may incur during your stay with us. We strongly discourage using debit cards as this transaction will automatically deduct money directly from your bank account. The authorization is released at the time of check-out and will be returned within 3-5 business days.
- Facilities Fee / Resort Fee: $45 plus tax per night.

We are pleased to accept packages for registered guests. Please make sure the name of the package matches the name on the reservation.
Smoking Policy
M Social Hotel New York Downtown is a 100% smoke-free environment, For the comfort of our guests, all our guest rooms are equipped with Rest smoke detector sensors. A $500 fee, per incident, will be charged for smoking, vaping, burning candles or incense in your guest room.
