Terms & Conditions

• Viva la Diva 2.0 is a strictly R18+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon entry.

• M Social Auckland is committed to responsible hosting. Alcohol will be served in accordance with New Zealand licensing laws and host responsibility obligations.

• Bottomless beverage service is available during the designated service period and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

• One alcoholic beverage will be served per guest at a time. Your next drink can be ordered once your previous glass has been returned.

• Drinks are for personal consumption only and must not be shared with other guests.

• We encourage all guests to enjoy alcohol responsibly throughout the event.

• Food and complimentary water will be available throughout the evening and guests are encouraged to enjoy both regularly.

• Our team may slow, refuse or stop alcohol service at any time if they believe a guest is becoming intoxicated or consuming alcohol at an unsafe rate.

• M Social Auckland reserves the right to refuse entry, refuse service, or remove any guest from the venue without refund if required to meet licensing requirements, responsible host obligations, or to protect the safety and wellbeing of guests and team members.

• Any guest displaying intoxicated, aggressive, disorderly or inappropriate behaviour may be refused service or removed from the event.

• Security personnel will be onsite throughout the event.

• Guests must follow all reasonable directions provided by venue staff and security personnel.

• By purchasing a ticket and attending Viva la Diva 2.0, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.
